I WANT TO BE SAVED!
Step 1 - The Gospel
God’s Love: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
Our Need for Salvation: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
Jesus as the Only Way: "Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’" (John 14:6)
The Gift of Salvation: "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
Step 2 - The Prayer
"Heavenly Father, I come to You just as I am. I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died for my sins, and that He rose again on the third day. I ask You, Lord Jesus, to come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior, and change my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name, Amen."
Step 3 - The Next Steps
After you pray, be assured of your salvation based on Romans 10:9:
"If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
